Welcome to ZYPWN, a dynamic platform dedicated to empowering young professional women through mentorship, capacity-building, and authentic engagement. By accessing or using our Network services and programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

"Network," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the Zimbabwe Young Professional Women's Network (ZYPWN).

  • "Member," "you," or "your" refers to the individual who has registered and/or paid for access to the Network and its offerings.

"Programs" or "Services" refers to the mentorship programs (e.g., Mentorship Compass), workshops, capacity-building initiatives, forums, and materials provided by ZYPWN.

2. Services Provided

ZYPWN offers professional development programs focused on holistic growth, including mentorship, career guidance, personal and professional branding, and leadership training. All Programs are designed for capacity-building and authentic engagement.

3. Use of Services and Member Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information necessary for personalized program delivery and mentorship matching.

  • Maintain a supportive and respectful environment for all other members within the Network.

  • Not misuse Network resources or use them for unlawful activities.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees for membership and specific Programs will be outlined in the applicable subscription agreement or program enrollment form. Payment terms will be specified at the time of subscription. Failure to pay membership or program fees may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Network.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, workshop materials, resources, and frameworks created by ZYPWN during your membership remain the property of ZYPWN. Members receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, internal professional development purposes only.

6. Confidentiality

Both the Network and the Member agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive personal and professional information shared within closed forums, mentorship pairings, or private consultations (such as the Legal Confidence Circle). This obligation continues even after the termination of membership.

7. Liability

ZYPWN provides guidance and capacity-building resources. The Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or personal career outcomes arising from the use of our Programs or Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Member for the specific Program or membership term during which the liability arose.

8. Termination

Members may cancel their membership according to the terms of their subscription agreement. ZYPWN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership immediately if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if a Member's conduct is detrimental to the safe and inspiring space of the Network.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Network after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
